After your payment is confirmed, delivery is immediate: a receipt and a private, time-limited download link are emailed to you, and a download page is shown on screen.
Because these are instantly delivered digital goods, purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded. We want you satisfied, so we still offer the following:
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The price you see is the price of the product; any applicable sales tax (GST/HST/VAT and similar) is calculated based on your location and shown on the secure checkout page before you confirm payment. The final total is always displayed before you pay.
Payments are processed by our checkout provider, who acts as merchant of record. Your card details are entered on their PCI-compliant secure page — this site never sees or stores your card number or security code.

We collect only what is needed to complete your order and support you: your email address (for receipt and delivery), and the billing/tax details required by our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information.
